We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to support the marketing activities of multiple eCommerce brands and our internal brands. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, website management, content creation, and analytics. 

You will work closely with senior marketers and gain exposure to real-world digital marketing campaigns across various industries. 

Key Responsibilities 

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) 

  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.  
  • Optimize website pages, product pages, and blog content.  
  • Upload and optimize blog articles.  
  • Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and GA4.  
  • Assist with technical SEO audits and recommendations.  
  • Build and maintain SEO reports.  

SEM (Google Ads & Paid Marketing) 

  • Assist in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns.  
  • Monitor campaign performance and budgets.  
  • Conduct keyword and audience research.  
  • Generate performance reports and insights.  
  • Support Google Merchant Center management.  

Website Management 

  • Update content on Shopify, WordPress, Wix, or other CMS platforms.  
  • Create landing pages for marketing campaigns.  
  • Upload products, banners, blogs, and promotional content.  
  • Ensure website content accuracy and quality.  
  • Test website functionality and user experience.  

Social Media Marketing 

  • Create and schedule social media posts.  
  • Design basic creatives using Canva or Adobe Express.  
  • Write engaging captions and hashtags.  
  • Monitor social media engagement and performance.  
  • Assist in community management and responding to customer inquiries.  

Content Creation 

  • Create blog content, website content, and marketing copy.  
  • Develop email marketing content.  
  • Support content planning and content calendars.  

Analytics & Reporting 

  • Track marketing KPIs across channels.  
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.  
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.  
  • Work with GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.  

 

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.  
  • Google Ads Certification (Preferred).  
  • Google Analytics Certification (Preferred).  
  • Internship experience in digital marketing is a plus.
