About the Role
We are looking for a Project Management Trainee – Business Analysis & Product Support to join our team.
This role is ideal for a fresher who is interested in Project Management, Business Analysis and Software Products. You will work closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA teams and customers, gaining hands-on experience across software projects and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with project coordination, task tracking, follow-ups and documentation.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare BRDs, user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Communicate with customers to clarify requirements and understand issues.
- Conduct market and competitor research and prepare feature comparisons and recommendations.
- Respond to customer support queries for our applications and coordinate with Development/QA teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare and maintain FAQs, user guides, support documents and release notes.
- Assist with meetings, action items, project updates and other day-to-day PM activities.

- Basic understanding of SDLC, software testing or web applications.
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
- Basic understanding of Shopify or e-commerce platforms.
Qualification
B.Tech, MCA, BBA / MBA.
